Calls and messages — calls and messages to our intake line may be answered by an automated intake assistant and may be recorded or transcribed for quality and case-evaluation purposes.
Technical data — basic device and usage information collected by our hosting provider, and by analytics tools if and when we use them.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to contact you about your potential case (by phone, text, or email, including by automated technology where you have consented), to operate and improve this website, and to comply with legal and professional obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, telephone/messaging, and intake-processing systems), under obligations of confidentiality; and where required by law or court order.

Important: Submitting information through this website or speaking with our intake line does not create an attorney-client relationship, which is formed only by a signed written engagement agreement. Please do not send detailed confidential information until an engagement is in place — though we treat prospective-client communications with care consistent with our professional obligations.
